This site, athletis.app, is published by Athletis, a company being incorporated (société en cours d'immatriculation). Athletis is the all-in-one software for sports coaches, covering client tracking, payments, invoicing, automatic reminders and a website builder, delivered as a SaaS accessed online at my.athletis.app.

Publication director

The publication director, within the meaning of article 6-III of the LCEN (loi n°2004-575 of 21 June 2004), is Aymen Ezzayer, acting as the legal representative of Athletis. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (service Cloudflare Pages), telephone +1 (650) 319-8930, website cloudflare.com.

Static content is built and delivered through the Cloudflare global network, which caches pages close to visitors for performance and security. Personal data submitted through the contact and newsletter form is processed as described in our privacy policy.

Site access

The publisher works to keep the site available on a continuous basis, without any guarantee to that effect. Access may be suspended, restricted or interrupted at any time, in particular for maintenance, updates, technical constraints or reasons beyond the publisher's control, without entitlement to compensation.

Access to the marketing site is free of charge. The costs of hardware, software and internet connection needed to reach the site remain the responsibility of the visitor, who is alone accountable for the security of the terminal and connection used.

Intellectual property

All elements of the site (the Athletis brand and name, the logo, texts, interfaces, illustrations, graphics, structure, databases and source code) are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the exclusive property of Athletis or of its partners, who grant no licence over them beyond consultation of the site.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part and by any means, without the prior written authorisation of Athletis, is prohibited and constitutes an act of infringement (contrefaçon) punishable under articles L335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Hyperlinks

The site may contain hyperlinks to third-party sites. These sites are not under the control of Athletis, which accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, or for the personal-data and privacy practices of their operators. The presence of a link does not imply any endorsement.

Links pointing to the homepage of athletis.app are permitted, provided they do not frame the content, do not misrepresent the source and do not damage the interests or image of Athletis. Athletis reserves the right to request the removal of any link it considers inappropriate.

Liability

Athletis works to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on the site, without guaranteeing that it is complete or free of error. The information is provided for general purposes and does not constitute contractual commitments unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Athletis cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage arising from access to or use of the site, from the inability to access it, or from the content of third-party sites reachable through hyperlinks.

Personal data

Athletis processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the loi Informatique et Libertés (n°78-17 of 6 January 1978). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw your consent, and the right to give directives on the fate of your data after your death.

Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary local storage (theme and language preferences) and the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot service. It uses no audience-measurement (analytics) cookies and no advertising cookies, and carries out no marketing tracking, so no consent banner is required. Should any consent-based tracker ever be introduced, its lifetime would be capped at 13 months in line with CNIL guidance. The details are set out in our cookie policy.

Reporting illegal content

Under article 6-I-5 of the LCEN, any person may report content believed to be unlawful. Send your report to hello@athletis.app, describing the content at issue, its precise location (URL) on the site and the reasons why you consider it unlawful, so that Athletis can assess it and act promptly where appropriate.

Knowingly submitting an inaccurate or abusive report to obtain the removal or cessation of lawful content is itself a punishable offence.

Accessibility

Athletis aims to make the site accessible to the greatest number of people, drawing on the recommendations of the RGAA (référentiel général d'amélioration de l'accessibilité) and the WCAG. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort, and the site is improved as it evolves.

If you encounter difficulty accessing a page or content, report it to hello@athletis.app; the team will look into it and, where possible, provide the information sought through an alternative means.

Governing law and disputes

This legal notice and use of the site are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

Failing an amicable resolution, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athletis's registered office (address pending, see the Site publisher section above).
